These terms describe the relationship between TapToBuy and the creators and shoppers who use our services.
Creator obligations
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of storefront content, fulfillment of digital products, and compliance with payment and tax laws in their jurisdictions. Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, or deceptive materials.
Platform usage
TapToBuy provides hosting, checkout, and analytics tooling on a best-effort basis. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, violate laws, or impact service stability.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” TapToBuy is not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or third-party failures. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to TapToBuy in the previous three months.
