Refund policy

Learn how TapToBuy and creators handle refund requests and what steps to take if you need help with an order.

Eligibility

Digital products are generally non-refundable. Creators may voluntarily offer refunds up to 14 days from purchase. TapToBuy will evaluate chargebacks or fraud claims on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting a refund

Customers should contact the creator directly using the support email on their receipt. If no response is received within 48 hours, email support@taptobuy.io with the order ID for additional help.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the customer’s bank.

Unauthorized transactions

If you suspect a payment was made without your consent, contact TapToBuy immediately. We may suspend downloads and research the transaction with the creator and Stripe.
