Your free trial lasts 30 days or until 3 days after your first completed sale (a paid storefront order from another customer), whichever comes first, and your card is charged for your plan when it ends. Checkout shows the exact date your trial ends at the latest. If you haven't made a sale, we email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends; if your first sale comes first, we email you, and your card is charged 3 days later (or when your trial ends, if sooner) unless you cancel. If your card has already had a TapToBuy trial, your plan is charged at signup. Free orders don't count, and neither do purchases from your own store made with your TapToBuy account or billing email or with the card on file for your plan. Your plan renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
Yes. Cancel anytime in Dashboard → Billing. Cancel before your trial ends (checkout and your confirmation email show the date) and you won’t be charged. After that, cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no refunds for partial periods.
